The manager Ichiro-san was so friendly and helpful, taking time to show us around and explain the things around and inside the motel (I think he was doing it to each and every guest!), he even upgraded our room on arrival! The location was simply superb - open the backdoor, the stadium is right there! I was with my son and didn't want to walk around late after the event at the stadium, so this place gave us such comfort and safe feeling. The room was nice and spacious, very clean and comfortable and free secure parking is another good deal in Auckland. The location and the communication with Ichiro-san made our trip so much nicer and special. We would love to come back again when we go to Auckland :-)

Check in was a breeze & staff kindly checked us in earlier as we were booked for a Weta tour & wanted to ditch our vehicle to use public transport to Weta. Parking always seems like a luxury in Auckland which is why we booked here plus being so close to the train station. This location is very hard to beat. Great foodie scene in the area. Eden Park had a big game on & we actually didn't really hear it. Our vehicle was secure. Room was spacious & bed comfy. Basic kitchen facilities which was all we needed.

Excellent location. I was in Auckland for Shine Training. Very convenient. Plenty of places to eat and drink a short walk away. Staff were very happy and a pleasure to deal with. I called the owner after my stay for a IRD reciept and they emailed me one in 5Mins. Would definitely recommend Asure to anyone attending the Shine training

Brilliant location, parking available and handy to train station, walking distance to restaurants. Value for Money will definitley stay again for work, not sure if they have rooms for families but would stay here if they did.

Immaculately clean with the friendliest reception guy who made me feel very welcome and was very helpful. Plenty of kitchenware etc and toiletries provided too. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants etc. As it's right next door to Eden Park it can get noisy when there is something on.
